As a visitor to the website www.happylicious.ro and/or a buyer, you agree to the following: use the website www.happylicious.ro only to request information about our products or to place an order in accordance with the law: do not place false orders.
If we suspect a fake or fraudulent order, we reserve the right to cancel it without prior notice to the customer, but we will notify the authorities.
Happylicious SRL sells handmade products, pet accessories: collars, leashes, belts, harnesses, and tags.
The photos displayed are for informational purposes only; colors may vary depending on lighting, the screen used, etc. Since these are handmade products, there may be slight differences between the photos displayed and the actual product.
Payment for products is made exclusively by bank transfer, after the invoice for the ordered products has been issued.
Products from the website www.happylicious.ro will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, anywhere in Romania, as well as within the European Union.
Delivery takes approximately 7 days for in-stock models, or 30 days if the selected model must be ordered from the supplier.
Within Romania, delivery is made via express courier, with the delivery cost displayed in the "Delivery and shipping" page.
A product may be returned within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be accepted for return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: intact, unused, stain-free, and with all tags intact. You will need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To send a return, please contact us in advance at the email address: contact@happylicious.ro, and we will contact you with details regarding the address where you should return the package. Items sent back without requesting a return in advance will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Happylicious SRL; these are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that custom-made products (with a name or phone number) cannot be returned, nor can damaged, used, or stained products.
If you measure your pet’s size incorrectly, we are not liable for any discrepancies. We are only liable if the product you receive does not match the size you specified in advance.
If the product you receive is defective, please send us photos/videos to the email address contact@happylicious.ro. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product, and if it is defective, we will refund the product’s value, including shipping costs.
