We accept a return of a product purchased from us, based on the invoice and within 15 days.
Returned products must be intact, unused, and free of stains, and must include all tags as delivered.
Products personalized with a name or phone number cannot be returned. Custom-made products with fixed dimensions (semi-choke collars) cannot be returned. We are not liable for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If the incorrect measurements are our fault, you may choose either a refund of the product’s value or a replacement.

The refund for the product will be issued within 15 days of receiving the package, after the package has been inspected.
