Each exclusive design is UV printed onto genuine USA made White Beta Standard with a smooth finish.
Impervious to dirt, moisture and odors, BioThane® PVC Coated webbing rinses clean in seconds with a little soap and water and provides durability in applications where safety, clean-ability, flexibility and strength are critical.
UV inks are applied like any other inkjet printer but the inks are cured instantly with UV lights. This allow the item to be used immediately after printing.
We are proud to say that we are now using inks that come with GREENGUARD Gold certification, ensuring they are free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) once cured, making them ideal for pet applications.
GREENGUARD Certified inks also have the advantage of little to no odor in the finished product.
Care instructions:
UV Printed BioThane® can be maintained and cleaned as per BioThane® instructions using a mild detergent and water and air dry. Hand wash only. Do not machine wash.
Please do not apply vinegar, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, acetone, bug spray, alcohol, mineral spirits, lacquer thinner or any adhesive or adhesive product to the printed material as these can have damaging results.
